  • Gastronomic week "Eisacktaler Kost“

    Only regional products. For more than 30 years now the restaurants of the Eisaktal invites to the "Eisacktaler Kost", the oldest gastronomic week in South Tyrol. Natives and tourists enjoy traditional dishes with recipes from grandmothers days. The dishes are innovative and influenced by modern cuisine and reflect the evolution of the regional way of cooking. In close collaboration with the local producers, every year the weeks stay under a new motto: the best from the farmer, fresh from the garden, delicious dairy products, all around wheat… The culinary surprises of this week reflect the variety of the local cuisine, the recipes the actual trend of a local and healthy way of cooking. There is also a big offer of various local wines – so taste a god glass of wine!

  • Apple festival of Naz-Schabs
    first two weeks of October

    Every year on the apple-plateau Natz-Schabs you can experience the apple festival. Different restaurants of the plateau offer various apple specialties. You can visit the apple-trees, eat incredible meals with apple, see the market of the farmer, concerts and a lot more. On the first Sunday of October there will be a big celebration with magnificent parade with farmers’ parade, a big crown made of apples and the coronation of the new Apple-Queen of Natz-Schabs on Sunda
