Rates are per person (adult/child) and per day with half-board
We don't guarantee the reservation of special rooms or floors
By cancellation of the journey you will be charged 8,- euro for every adult
At your arrival day the room will be available from 2 o'clock p.m., departure before 11 o'clock a.m.
On demand the rooms can be available from 1 o'clock p.m., surcharge 25,- euro
On demand double room for single use.
We accept cash as well as EC-Cards
All the rooms are non smoking
A reservation is only valid upon your writing request (by mail, fax or email) and after our confirmation
Cancellation
Please inform us on time if you have to cancel your reservation. Cancellation of the reservation up to 30 days before arrival: no charge. Cancellation within 30 days from the arrival you will be charged of 3 days (prices as in the price list above). Cancellation within 7 days before the arrival you will be charged of the full amount of your reservation. The cancellation has to be given in writing. These cancellation conditions are valid irrespective as to whether it is possible to re-assign, in whole or in part, the cancelled rooms. The same valid also at premature departure. Of course we will help you finding a cancellation insurance
Before the departure something can happen, with your cancellation insurance you will be safe. Due to EU norms, in case of late arrival, cancellation or premature termination of the journey, there could be some penalties you have to pay. We recommend you to draw up a cancellation insurance, so all the penalties will be covered by the assurance.
Dogs are allowed on demand (no entering in the restaurant, living room, the garden or the terrace). In case of damages the owner will be held responsible. For a final cleaning of the room we will charge 25,- euro. We will charge 12,- per day (without dog food). In some rooms pets are not permitted!
